“I would HIGHLY recommend Apex Roofing to anyone! Pat and his crew were absolutely 100% professional in their workmanship, and interpersonal communication skills. I had a multitude of questions to ask about roofing, and not once did he talk down to me. Whenever I asked a question, Pat responded with patience and step-by-step instructions on what was being done, and would further explain why. Most importantly, he was honest. Each one of his crew members were respectful and kind. At times, my daughter and I would observe the work being performed alternating from the front and back yard. After observing for a while, I was pleasantly surprised at how well each individual on the roof worked together. Pat, the owner, assured me he would be overseeing the work being done for each of the two days they were here.

He stayed true to his word. The work required on our roof entailed having to tear-off two existing layers of shingles, as well as having to remove and replace all the dry-rotted plywood underneath. Pat and his team did an OUTSTANDING job in replacing all the damaged plywood, and old shingles. The old plywood boards were replaced with new boards called oriented strand boards, and the old roof shingles were replaced with premium Landmark shingles. The old roof flashings were expertly replaced with brand new ones, and ice/water shields were installed all the way around the perimeter of the house, including the valleys for extra weather-proof protection. Pat and a crew member closely inspected the gutters, all the way around the house, and installed tiny screws were the gutter had pulled away from the fascia a little. As a bonus I wasn't aware of until after the work was completed, our garage now has a ridge vent. Before, it had no ventilation. I was thrilled to discover this enhancement! As an aside, I had recently completed landscaping work around my home. Pat and his crew were extra careful not to disturb my trees and bushes. On a different note, not one of Pat's employees asked if they could use the facilities in my home. This was a relief due to the possibility of dirt getting tracked inside.
